in Russia, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Latvia, England, the Novosibirsk
State Art Museum, the Krasnoyarsk Museum of Contemporary Art «Peace Square,»
and the National Museum of Beijing (China).
Since 2019, Ivan Korshunov has been included in the All-Russian investment rating
«Top 100 Recognized Artists of Russia» (InArt), the list of the Best Contemporary Artists of Russia (ARTEEX), and the People's Art Rating of Popular Contemporary Generation Artists «I LIKE-2019» (49 ART).
In 2020, he was included in the FORBES list of «20 most expensive Russian contemporary artists based on auction sales».
Ivan Korshunov works in a hyperrealistic manner of oil painting, using an ancient
three-layer technique. He believes that this method is most organically combined
with the philosophy of his creative work. The most interesting issue for Ivan
is the problem of synthesis in art: the transformation of traditional images
in modern reality and the interconnection of time and tradition.
