When paying by card, cash refunds are not permitted. The return procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems. The procedure for returning goods is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights."
- A consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of the goods, within seven days.
- Return of goods of proper quality is possible if their appearance, consumer properties, and the document confirming the purchase of the specified goods are preserved.
- The consumer cannot refuse goods of proper quality with individually defined properties if such goods can only be used by the person who purchased them.
- When a consumer refuses the goods, the seller must refund the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, excluding the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods, no later than ten days from the date of the consumer's relevant request.
To refund money to a bank card, it is necessary to fill out a "Refund Request" form, which is sent upon request by the company to the email address and send it along with a copy of the passport to
info@cca9.ru. The refund will be made to the bank card within 21 (twenty-one) working days from the date of receipt of the "Refund Request" by the Company.
For refunds for transactions made in error, it is necessary to submit a written application along with a copy of the passport and receipts confirming the erroneous debit. This application should be sent to
info@cca9.ru. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The processing time of the Request and the refund of funds begins from the moment the Company receives the Request and is calculated in working days excluding holidays/weekends.
